Mortgages are the forefront of financial maturity, digital mortgages are stepping into the fray. Our studio was asked to innovate and create a new identity for Holo, the first all-online mortgage company in the United Arab Emirates.

My co-founded studio Night & Day created a measured, corporate and thorough brand identity and strategy.

Holo quickly became an award winning digital mortgage service, revolutionising home loans in the Middle East. Our job was to launch the brand and ignite a fierce new identity that would catch people’s attention.

Alongside the companies realistic goals and aligned business network, our identity took off and was quickly part of brand collaborations, corporate deals and even featured on press websites.

We submitted a varied array of visual identities, logo options and styling mock ups to explore the companies goals and audiences. Our experiments and development had to be thorough enough to emulate the cosmopolitan structure of Dubai’s audience.

Our brand identity booklet is detailed enough to include UI design rules, advertising campaign guides and all of the styling requirements to match the client’s goal for international expansion.
